These terms and conditions govern the participation in the Device Online Free Delivery Promotion (the Promotion). This is a promotion conducted by Device.
By purchasing products through the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, Device’s terms and conditions of trade, and terms and conditions of Device’s online ordering system (Device Online) where applicable, which can be found at www.device.com.au/terms-conditions. Customers must also abide by Device’s Privacy Policy which can be found atwww.device.com.au/privacy-policy.
The Promotion is available for orders through Device Online by customers who are healthcare professionals (HCP), as defined in the Medical Technology Industry Code of Practice Edition 13 – 2023.
The Promotion will run between 12:01am AEDT on 24 November 2025 to 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (Open Period). No rainchecks.
The Promotion is available only to customers who have not submitted an order through Device Online prior to the Open Period.
To purchase products through the Promotion, customers who have not previously placed an order on Device Online and must enter the promotion code ‘FREEDELIVERY26’ when placing an order through Device Online during the Open Period that is equal to or less than the total value of $500.00.
The promotion code included in the Promotion is valid for use once per unique Device Online profile during the Open Period.
Products included in the Promotion are eligible to be included in any other Device Online promotion during the Open Period.
Device reserves the right to, at any time, verify an order or customer and cancel an order that Device has reason to believe has been submitted not in accordance with these terms and conditions or the Device Online terms and conditions.
Device reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion or any of its components without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Device is not liable for loss or damage suffered by any person or to any property due to any act or omission of Device, its employees or agents in connection with the Promotion. Any liability of Device, its employees or agents is limited to the value of the relevant customer order.
