MEGA MONTH 2024 New ZEALAND Promotion
- The promoter is Device Technologies Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 058 091 973) (Device) of 1 Garigal Road, Belrose NSW 2085.
- These terms and conditions govern the participation in the Mega Month 2024 Promotion (the Promotion). This is a promotion conducted by Device.
- By purchasing products through the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, Device’s terms and conditions of sale, which can be found at www.device.com.au/terms-conditions. Customers must also abide by Device’s Privacy Policy which can be found at www.device.com.au/privacy-policy.
- The Promotion is available for orders through Device Technologies Customer Service and Product Specialists.
- The Promotion will run between 12:01am on 03 June 2024 to 11.59pm on 30 June 2024 (Open Period). No rainchecks.
- To purchase products through the Promotion, customers must submit an order through Device Technologies Customer Service and Product Specialists during the Open Period for products indicated as being included in the Promotion, which will be discounted to a maximum of 20% off the list price of the product at the discretion of Device.
- Products included in the Promotion are eligible to be included in any other promotion during the Open Period.
- Device reserves the right to, at any time, verify an order or customer and cancel an order that Device has reason to believe has been submitted not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Device reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion or any of its components without notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, Device is not liable for loss or damage suffered by any person or to any property due to any act or omission of Device, its employees or agents in connection with the Promotion. Any liability of Device, its employees or agents is limited to the value of the relevant customer order.
