These terms and conditions goven the participation in the Haines 50 Year Anniversary Mega Sale 2024 (the Promotion). This is a promotion conducted by Haines.

By purchasing products through the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, Haines terms and conditions of trade and terms and conditions of the online ordering system, which can be found at https://hainesmedical.com.au/pages/terms-conditions-of-trade. Customers must also abide by Haines Privacy Policy which can be found at https://hainesmedical.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.

The Promotion will run between 12:01am on 01 November 2024 to 11.59pm on 30 November 2024 (Open Period). No holds or rainchecks.

 To purchase products through the Promotion, customers must have or apply for a 30-day credit account and submit a Purchase Order via orders@hainesmedical.com.au during the open period for products indicated as being included in the Promotion.

Products included in the Promotion are not eligible to be included in any other Haines promotion during the Open Period.

Haines reserves the right to, at any time, verify an order or customer and cancel an order that Haines has reason to believe has been submitted not in accordance with these terms and conditions or the Haines terms and conditions of trade.

 Haines reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion or any of its components without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, Haines is not liable for loss or damage suffered by any person or to any property due to any act or omission of Haines, its employees or agents in connection with the Promotion. Any liability of Haines, its employees or agents is limited to the value of the relevant customer order.
